以前总是想买一个，
后来打场子多了以后就发现就算知道动作该怎么样，到时候也不一定能有效,
就再也不打算买这类东西了

我最近的球起伏非常大，打得好的时候，180-200外上GREEN都没问题，不好的时候，
50YARDS废我5杆
跟我BUDDY讨论的时候，他也是说跟基本的swing training有关, 可是我感觉一点都连
不上, 就感觉击球前的PRE-SHOT ROUTINE最有关,
有时击球前的一些DISTRACTION废我最多杆, 再比如，水/OB/HAZARD影响也很大, 就好
比闭上眼比睁开眼还好一些，至少不会被吓倒
版上有人用过medicus吗? 写写REVIEW

don't know how pro could carry 5iron 200 yard. when they hit 5iron to 200,
they hit 3iron to 230 -240 range...
last week play course(cold morning and wet condition), tried 3iron and hyrid
5 alternatively for distance 180-200:
186 yard par 3, 3iron on front portion of green;
200 yard par3, 3iron about 20yard short of green;
another 180 yard uphill approach, hybrid 5 on front fringe;
another 180 yard uphil

there are just too much overlap between 5 woods, 3hybrid and 3 iron, alot of
pros inter-change 5 woods with 2 irons just as Tiger did depend on which
course they are playing.
i built my bag around which club i saw on sale, when i start playing, i like
driver since it gets me further than any other club, which as a beginner
that is the most important thing on mind. but i cant use driver on fairway (
teeski was suggesting to use that, but i just cant pull

ownwind, I think why he hit a 4i instead of 3i.

证实了的
不过他最多就打到5iron,不打4跟3,往上直接用5号木(hybrid?)了
他也就是业余选手,平常在85-90左右,有时还超90,72标准杆的话
但身体素质确实不错.

我试过同事的medicus，有点意思。但我不觉得需要买。
我看真厉害的tool是好的video camera。如何你认真想学，没有比这个老师更厉害。慢
慢回放。肯定知道问题是哪里。

发帖数: 622 | 20 我有点跟你像。现在喜欢par 5。你可能是长杆比短杆更可靠的时候。
我也是现在short 杆没有信心。score根本就上不去。
这种时候可能是应该多上range，少上场。上场不练，短杆只能越打越烂。
基本上越没有信心的杆，越怕水hazard。哈哈。me2

拿回来慢镜分析,非常有助于矫正动作的
