other golfers's pace has to be fast.
6-pack is very hard to get, may be determined by gene. control your diet 70
%, work out burn fat 30%, at least 3times a week, 20-30min once at your
target heart rate, usually 150bpm
but look at perry and cabrera. so it's not a bad to have it, just think you
are one of them...

背包走路,我曾有段时间是近乎明天都打,还在加州的时候,每天3-4次有了。
下了班去走那么一圈,爬高爬低,重要的是,还没吃晚饭,也没其他能量补充;在注意
些饮食;那时候想象也有量,毕竟要在天黑之前打完,或者心想打越多越好,所以除了
击球其他都是快速走;我那时的6-pack很明显,但人总体也偏瘦。
