前几天Driving Range老板拿我的7-iron打了180+。
我那套初学者杆不到$150。
感觉老板拿好杆也许能多个10-15 yards，
但是初学者拿烂杆打100 yards的别期待换杆就直接上150+。
这也就印证了ET说的初学者其实不需要直接买$100+/根的好杆。 | j******e

that is exactly what it is.
烂杆(beginner club) is built for players with lower swing speed, and more
forgiving for off-center shot, when good player use it, the shot tend to go
futher than his own 好杆, which is built for control, and expect the player
can generate enough swing speed to make the ball go futher enough.
in golf, far and accurate are equally important. good player can afford
forgoing some distance trade for control.
