发帖数: 284 | 1 写出来，也不怕大家笑话，今天打得是6040码的白Tee，算是丢人丢到家了。
球场的确很难。球道虽然不长，但实在是窄，我站在白Tee上，大多数时候面对的障碍
区刚好和打职业Tee的美巡球员面对的障碍一样。落球区，每个洞都只有二三十码宽，
稍微偏一点就进树林。这里的树都很高，虽然不一定全都很粗，但架不住太茂密了。若
是球进了树林，别说直接攻果岭了，就是想打回球道，也不容易。Par 3的第8洞，我打
了8杆，其中碰树就碰了五次……
球场状态也不错，虽然有大概一般的果岭铺了沙，但推起来速度一点也不慢，在10-10.
5左右。果岭面积小，需要很精确的打点，ET等大牛估计能打出不错的成绩。
第一次打全美百佳球场，着实激动。站在第一洞Tee上，双脚都是软的。皮特戴的球场
，视觉压迫感特别强，其实有时候并非眼睛看到的那样。今天虽然请了个球童，但他也
没能很准确地描述洞的走势。第13洞Par4，他告诉我要朝左边打，结果太左打了一个
lost ball。暂定球我直接朝球道正中偏右打（一开始他说我会打进右侧的沙坑，那个
沙坑在发球台上看来的确很显眼），结果过去一看，飞过沙坑有十多码，完全有足够的
空间。
数据统计：全场打了一个Par（第二洞。只要开球在球道上，按准bogey打就没有大问题
），一个bogey（第10洞），开球只上了四次球道，全场36推……
最后一洞本来信心满满地想打一个Par（414码，Par 4，大顶风），看到远处的灯塔就
不淡定了，一号木打个剃头，滚进左边十码外的水里。重新开一个上球道，距果岭还有
210码，顶风，我拿三号木打了一个low cut，球路完美得大家都鼓掌，结果到了果岭边
一找，找不到球了。郁闷了很久。

i played a course in beijing black tee was over 7500, my buddy suggested
lets play from blue tee, turn out, blue tee was over 7200. In general, i
like long course, but i can't even reach most of par5 in 3.
7500 is just freaking too long.

I like short courses. Since I hit fairways most of the time (I mean,
literally, i don't put myself into hazard.)
I like playing wedges so much.
I feel I can always shot to the target if I play par 4 around 380 or less.

dispersion for my hyrbrid/3wood is about the same my short irons, but better
than my 5/6 irons. so, playing from 190 away from green would be better
then 150 from the way, and it is about the same of 110 from the green. that
is betting against myself.
if betting against others, i know others are good at short games, so i have
to make up the different in the long game. especially i suffer a lot on the
green, if we all reach the green with the same number of shots, i know i
pretty much need pay for the hole.

18 last sat. 18 last sunday. 18 last last sat. 36 last last sunday. last
last last sat 18, last last last sunday 18.
and in beijing, late june, i played consecutively in 4 days, about 36 holes
each day.
Yeah, i have huge problem on the green and around the green. Hopefully I
will find a way out, sooner rather than later.

if par4 requires a golfer using fw (even hybrid, long iron) for approach,
it is too long.
if par5 requires a mid iron or above for 3rd on to green, it is too long.
if par3 requires fw, too long.
a course with mixture of long/short holes is ideal for amateurs, total
length really does not matter.
but i like shorter course, even on a short course, you can still use long
clubs, and often it is walkable.
long course will get boring with too many long ASS par4 and often it requires
cart. when driver is off, it is total disaster.

harding park is about 6800 from blue tee, the first time I play there feel
it is a long course. Now i play again, feel it is just perfect length.
if all the par4 do not require long iron for approach, from the same tee,
normally, the par3 would not need long iron too. why would anyone carry long
iron. the good design course would test every aspect of your name.
for par5, you dont want the par5 to be too short, think of the pressure your
oppornent put on you if he 2-on for all the par5, when you bet money
against him, while you can only reach the green with short iron or wedge
with 3rd shot. you want the course to be fair to everyone as well.

lot.
as for short game, i guess yours is not bad considering bridges, callippe
green are very slope, tricky and large. plus play in a hurry sometimes, and
talk to partners sometimes. i woudn't beat myself up for lack of super short games.
when play for money, i guess longer is better. that's why pro all play those
long ass par4 as we play it as par5. for golfers struggle with swing at
times, shorter course is more helpful.
i guess you are very comfortable with flatter swing, which suits longer club
well.
i spent some time on long clubs, driver /hybrid. the last two session, i
finally got tight dispersion on driver and hybrid, as accurate as short iron
and wedge. but when i return to 5iron and 7iron, which i thought i was
comfortable with, suprisingly i hit many 30-40 yard offline shots, plus some
mishit.
if tend to low hook with mid/long iron, primary cause is swing plane is too flat. yet to get comfortable with swing plane adjustment.

He just won a summer camp and a regional teen (14 to 16) golf competition, -4, and is qualified for the county competition. We played a game together three months ago. He shot in the high 70s and I did in the high 80s. I know he rarely practices his short game and putting and my short game is slightly better than his, kind of. To me, his short game is good enough for his game. The differences between him and me were that he drove the ball very long, got 13 or 14 GIR and two or three eagle opportunities in the game, and I only had 4 or 5 GIR. He made bad short distance shots and putts to miss a few birdie and par opportunities, and I managed to make clutch putts to save a lot of bogeys.

球能走多远(feel speed),然后马上推。
5-8尺的短推很关键， 进了， 2putts, practice 从40-50 ft 有很多2putts. 但是
一不小心， 就3putts.
在场上， 我用心的时候， 还可以。匆忙或long game suck 影响心情， 也不行。
long game， 主要是稳定性太难有进步。我每次都能感觉到我动作中某个环节的变数 -
--- setup, grip, takeaway, backswing 的力度和速度， weight shift, arm torso
connection， 身体的松紧程度， 当然还有脑子清醒程度， 当时的性情（急躁还是耐

走型，读错草走向。有个朋友，推得不错，动作不怎么样，每次都花很多的时间，看来
看去。有一次，我跟他开玩笑，问他，在那晃悠，是不是都在读草，他说，不是，是为
了把心静下来。
另外，场上， 用心的时候，情绪稳定，身体状态好，容易发挥好。
