then I found myself hitting fat on my irons so I modified my swing to fix
that; now I find I slice really terribly on my drive.
My score has not changed much because there is always something wrong.
Any fix for that? |

slice driver大概是因为grip的问题。
不懂什么是hitting fat。

发帖数: 1656 | 3 I was hitting 3 wood on fairway (2nd shot) so no tee. As a short hitter (210
yard drive), that was the only way I can 2 on >380 yard par 4s or 3 on 500
yard par 5s.
hitting fat -- means hitting the grass/ground before hitting ball
The way that I solved topping woods problem was to hit down not sweep. That
very much likely to be the cause of hitting fat on irons. The way I am
trying to solve that problem (hitting fat) is to aim 1/4 inch in front of
the ball edge (to compress the ball). It appears by doing so I am not
extending my right arm as much which causes slicing drive.

weight on the right side at impact.
小提示： downswing的时候focus在左脚外侧蹬地发力，挺直左腿，让右腿的膝盖尽量
快速的贴近左腿膝盖。

以在挥杆的最低点打中。如果太靠左的话当然会topping。

部分，所以如果照铁杆的打法就会slice，因为driver face相对挥杆的路线是open
position了。
