beginners. I see the convenience of setting it up in my backyard and
practice with a foam ball or even a real ball, without going to the driving
range every time.

不過我覺得這個東西不夠好。有空不如在後院空揮，練習動作連貫性；有球練習還是要
去練習場或直接上場。 |

发帖数: 4031 | 8 有球无球挥杆感觉是不太一样，尤其是初学者，但这对动作重复性，连贯性还是有帮助
的。可以在后院摆个稻草纤维的垫子，前面和右面弄个镜子，垫子上做些标记，来练习
挥杆。毕竟不可能任何时候都能去练习场练习挥杆的。

发帖数: 977 | 10 大量练习很有用，不过其实买那种塑料有洞的球直接在院子里打就行了(乒乓球也行）
，每周去一次练习场看看有什么问题，然后再打塑料球体会改进动作。

我觉得很有必要。因为在练习场一周打两次觉得不够，还需要在家里体会各种动作。
