is just too hard to hit. In my case, I use 3 wood instead of driver to tee
off. 230--250 yards from 3 woods in most cases will give me good chance to
attack the green with 2-3 shots.

You can hit your 3 wood 230-250 yards? That is long. For most of pros, 3
wood carries about 250. I read in Golfdigest that Vijay's 3 wood carries 265.
He is among the longest hitter in the tour. My 3 wood is about 180~190.
