I am in a phd program starting just from this September.
I want to transfer to other schools. the deadline will be just december for
the next year application.
However, I do not have good relationship to any of those professors....
How can I manage the transfer to other schools?
How can I get reference letter?
Do I have to mention my current school if I can not get a reference letter
from my current school?
any suggestions?
