here is my experience.
1. prepare all the documents u will need.
2. call the 900 number to get an appointment with US
consulate at Canada.
Usually they only release the available appointments for
the next 3 weeks.
3. Wait for about a week till you receive a confirmation
letter from the
US consulate, indicating that you have made the
appointment
on hh:ss of mm/dd/yy.
4. Mail this letter with other documents (check with
Canadian consulate
website for details) to the General consulate o
