I have one friend who is holding L1 now. He worked for
Beijing Erricson, and now is working for Erricson US.
L1 has a lot of advantage than H1b or J1, so if you hold it
now, no need to change it back to H1b.
Some of the advantage is:
1.L1 visa is multi entry, so you are freely in and out US.
2.much faster for Green Card application. L1 applicant no
need for LCA, You apply 140 directly (This is even better
