I am a first year Ph.D student in US and I want to transfer. I dont want to
take the risk to ask for a recommendation letter from the professor here, even
if he is just a teacher in one of my class. Can someone help answer my
following questions?
Can I just use the RL from my previouse professors in China? And should I told
these professors about my transfer?( I think maybe it is not necessary.)
