improve your GPA to be over 3.0. If that need you pay your tuition, pay it.
Do you have that rule in your school?
If yes, take one research course, one English and one easy course and
garantee you get 2 A and 1 B.
Otherwise I think the best way is try talk to the coordinator of the
department or your boss, and try to be sincere. You are not the only
graduate student who get F, so supposely there should be a way out.

toward GPA.
