反过来，基本上没戏。

Some school has CE program in EE, such as Princeton's CE
is actually in EE, CMU's ECE, Berkeley's ECE. Some school
has CE program in CS department, such as UW's CSE, Penn State
CSE.
US News does not have a new ranking for CS.
ranking in 2002 please see my previous post,
Brown is No.14 in CS, but not that strong in CE.

In most of the engineering schools of major research universties, there is no
seprate ECE or CSE department. Most of them just have EE department and CS
department. But they also have been ranked at CE ranking..., such as
MIT,Stanford etc.
Where their CE faculty come from? EE department or CS department?
they are from CS department.
All right, let's look at some universties which have ECE department, such as
