我是匹大四年级的研究生，我住在一个两层楼的house。整个house有三间卧室，两
个卫生间，两个厨房。二楼有两间卧室， 一个厨房，一个卫生间。我们家住一楼和
二楼的一间。我的房东请我帮忙找一个中国学生，他是罗马尼亚移民，不太喜欢租
房给美国人，中国学生比较安静。下面的说明是我贴在匹大BBS上的，如果你看了，

1. One furnished room of two bedrooms in South Oakland is available on August
1st. ( earlier moving is possible, but you have to pay to the previous tenant)
