to prove he acted in self defense. How could the prosecutor have the burden
to prove the defendant acted in self defense?

俺一直认为这看似一个小案子，却确实无解。俺已经把它归到错误的悲剧一类了。

关键是first aggressor， 俺认为在某些时候（如冲突逐步升级情况）无法定义。这还是有目击证人
的情况。没有证人就更难说了。

突“连续性”逐步升级的情况。这种情况下无法定义first aggressor。
