I understand, but as a business we have to pay someone to pull the order, re
package the returned item, print the invoice and shipping label. We also hav
e the cost of the shipping package and paying someone to take the orders to
the post office. So if you think about it, compared to a lot of online store
s the cost is rather low. We were charged $9 shipping from Remington for a V
ERY small spring that came in an envelope. Please let me know if I can be of
any further assistance.

The shipping is 7.5 dollars, which is too costly and indeed a rip-off. I mai
led a heavier trigger guard back to you with only 2 dollars.
Also, the miss-ordered is actually an issue(at least part of issue) of your
web page which did not indicate clearly.
I would like that you provide a reasonable shipping fee, otherwise, please
keep that returned trigger guard and perhaps re-sell it.
