有是否是alien（显然是）。只要不是公民，貌似绿卡和非绿卡一样待遇？我现在是h-

It allows you to have low capcity rifle or shotgun. So you can use a pump
action shotgun for home defense, as recommended by many gurus in this board
:)
The problem is that you need to renew the licence every year with $100 fee.
After you get your green card, you can apply for LTC-A. As the recent
Federal court ruling allows green card holder to apply LTC-A and buy
hundguns.
