我们州枪支的个人买卖几乎就没什么要求啊。本来卖SKS还想去Buds找他们过户什么的
，结果小二告诉我不需要（准确的说，是不能在他们店里买卖），我们州只有从枪店买
枪时候审查一下，但个人的枪支是不登记的。。。
所以如果个人之间的买卖，只要cash就好，最多就是写个收据，登记一下双方的DL信息
，电话什么的。这样即使以后枪支出问题，只要告诉cop我卖给这个这个人，here is
the information，就好了。上次去的另一个枪店，店主也是这么跟我说的。我问他如
果信息假的怎么办？他说没关系，你又不是cop，你怎么会知道是真的假的？他给你提
供的就是这个，its not your fault。

如果你买枪前如果希望小心一些，可以把系列号给警察到他们的数据库查一下，看有没
有失枪报告 （买贼赃给警察发现后有权没收） | f*********n
