现在已经不教Double tap 了。现在是“Keep firing until the threat stops".
在法庭上讲实情，就是“The bad guy kept advancing".
2.上课时我用的是Instructor的M&P 9C，9mm， 是他老婆的枪。玩了一天 9C, 打起来
很顺手(和新的Glock19 比）。握把比G19和手。
3. Self Defense 时，是Shoot to kill, but not shoot to wound.
4.平时要有准备。家里要指定一个地方为Safe Room。定好暗语，比如是“你妈喊你吃
饭了”。听到暗语后，要到Safe Room去，no question asked.Safe Room 里一定要有
一部电话，至少一把枪。
5.家人安全在Safte Room后，打911，不要轻易出去Clear House。让警察去Clear
House。
6.在public的地方，你有Duty To Retreat。在家里，和你自己的车了，和你家人的车
里，你没有duty to retreat.
7.班上有两个块头巨大的老头，他们考CCW的理由是，老了，体力下降了，需要枪了。
年轻的时候用拳头就可以自保，现在不成了。这点和我的想法很相似。中国人体形小，
很难有效抵抗一米九十，两米的坏人。
8.觉得即使是不考CCW，也应该去上Pistol的Tactical课。有专业人员教，能学好多自
己想不到的实用的东西。比自己去靶场摸索好很多。从长远效果看，更省钱。
9.在家里和贼夜战时不提倡在手枪上装laser pointer 和手电。哪样会给贼提供很好的
目标。
10.CCW的licensee有义务宣传the second amendment right。枪仅仅是一个工具。枪自
身不会杀人。 |

Yes. Double tap and Mozambique drill were a thing of the past. In actual
combat you never know if you landed any if those hits, so keep shooting
until the threat stops.
And yes, either dont shoot, or be ready to take lives once you pull the
trigger. Absolutely no warning shots and "but I was just aiming for their
legs". |

来这条废除了。

2C:3-4. Use of force in self-protection.
(2) The use of deadly force is not
justifiable under this section unless the actor reasonably believes that
such force is necessary to protect himself against death or serious bodily

causing death or serious bodily harm, provoked the use of force against
himself in the same encounter; or
(b) The actor knows that he can avoid
the necessity of using such force with complete safety by retreating or by
surrendering possession of a thing to a person asserting a claim of right
thereto or by complying with a demand that he abstain from any action which
he has no duty to take, except that:
(i) The actor is not obliged to
retreat from his dwelling, unless he was the initial aggressor; and
(ii) A public officer justified in
using force in the performance of his duties or a person justified in using
force in his assistance or a person justified in using force in making an
arrest or preventing an escape is not obliged to desist from efforts to
perform such duty, effect such arrest or prevent such escape because of
resistance or threatened resistance by or on behalf of the person against
whom such action is directed.
