For 1000 you can get a good free floated handguard AR that shoots 5 shot
group into an inch.
So why would you want to by a basic colt m4? |

And then get this lower build kit with bcg and charging handle. BCM bcg and
charging handle are better but more expensive.

And buy a stripped lower from your local gun store for $100.
You still have $100 or so left for a set of magpul MBUS iron sights and some
magpul magazines.
Look around during Black Friday, stuff might get even cheaper
