大部分人手里最可靠的枪同时也是他们最熟悉的枪。

It is all metal.
All guns can go Kaboom, especially when the cartridge is remanufactured or
overload.

CZ is hard to get these days.
Smith Wesson MP40 good, but it is a plastic gun like the Glock.
There are some upper market Swiss and German guns, they are at least 800
dollars, if you are rich, go for it.
1911s are nice, but again, less reliable than Glock and Beretta. My second
gun will be a 1911 but it is expensive.
9mm or .40 SW? Well 9mm ammo is not available anywhere in the store. When it
is available, it runs $25 for 50 rounds, which is no cheaper than .40 SW.
100 rounds of Winchester White Box 9mm bullets: $35
100 rounds of Winchester White Box .40 SW bullets: $40
It is not a big difference to me, but .40SW is available now on the market.
So that is why I choose a .40 caliber gun.
In the past year, every month I see half flag on the street, some school
shooting, airport shooting, etc. Because every civilian loves the 9mm, I do
not see 9mm will be more available on the market in the near future.
When choose .40 caliber, I needed a heavy gun for less recoil. I also need
an metal gun for safety. Kabooms do happen to all guns. But when it is all
metal, your hand is saved.
