and some rifles----S&M M&P 15, Sig Sauer MPX
Finally placed orders for my home defense guns:
Sig Sauer M400: $1000
Bushmaster ACP: $1850
Both use NATO 556, I actually was more fond of sig MCX, and 516, however,
the stress review video from youtube for sig MCX doesn't look good.
The reason I chose rifle over shotgun is because of the easy recoil control
and less noise. Even the 7.62mm bullet noise bother me, so no AK 47, no Sig
716, really like sig 516, but nobody sell the california model these days.
I probably will buy another two shotguns for fun, and a couple of handguns
for nightstand soon.
The good thing is that my LD enjoy the shooting practice with me and even
have better performance than I do.
I am ready to build my ammo inventory before the end of the year, how many
do you guns keep at home? a couple of thousands? anyone reach 10K? |
