现有步枪不能直接换个brace后装短管上身当作pistol，这个还属于NFA限制武器。
Braced pistol必须从receiver开始攒起。

repeating.
if u have a lower that was transferred to u as a rifle part, obtained as a
part of a rifle or have been mated with a rifle upper, do not attach a brace
to it.
once a rifle, always a rifle. the law's intention is to prevent people from
buying a rifle and chopping off the barrel or stock to make a more
concealable weapon.
start from a clean lower transferred to u as a pistol or an other.
