Isabella Thallas, 21, was shot dead, and her boyfriend Darian Simon, 26, was
wounded in dispute with a neighbor over their dog
Shooting took place near Coors Field in Denver just before noon last
Wednesday
Probable cause affidavit alleges Michael Close, 36, got angry at Simon for
yelling at his dog to poop, so he got a gun and opened fire
