univeristy ask me to evaluate my degrees (bachelor and Ph.D.) at a service
center. I translated all of my documents "Zhu(2) Zi(4) Zhu(2) Ju(4)", then
asked a professor to confirm that the traslation is the same as the original
documents and signed. That professor is working in a famous US university and
is from China, konws English and Chinese well.

issued by university before. And they told me one of students from HIT made it
by department. But my department refused to do it. I'll try again. :( so
