Hi there I almost forgot how to calculate Jordan blocks
A=[1 -1 0 -1;
0 2 0 1;
-2 1 -1 1;
2 -1 2 0];
Now I have got the eigenvalues 1,1,1,-1.
Bring 1 into
[0 1 0 1;
2 -1 2 -1]X=0
X1=[0 1 0 -1]
X2=[1 1/2 -1 1/2];
I don't know how to continue now.
[0 1 0 1;
2 -1 2 -1]X=X1
but 2x1 !=4x1
