what i really wants to know is actually the email address of the Head of EI

uninternational..
it is hard to get contact information.
even though some professors provide email addresses, many of them are free
email addresses, like x*[email protected], y*[email protected], z*[email protected]
so unprofessional...sigh..

Yes it is true that HUST has a dispointing website. All the
prof.s are rushing to get money I think.

they will have better faces, and investors will think them professional more
likely, and then they can make money easily. many links to the faculties and
departments on the university homepage are dead...
With the free email addresses, I lack of trust of their professional
identities and doubt if the emails I sent to them can reach them or get their
attention.
Anyway, do you know the email address of any lecturer in EI de
