Required Skills:
MS or above in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related degree
10+ years minimum experience in system architect design for test equipment,
include hardware, firmware and software.
Demonstrated leadership in working through complex problems or ill-defined
requirements.
Strong skill-set in analytical problem solving, a history of increasing
responsibilities and decision-making experience.
Proven track record delivering MTE for mass production.
Exposure in end-to-end product design and development in MNCs or renowned
local companies.
Proven ability to work with cross functions and provide test solution bases
on specification and test requirement.
Must be enthusiastic, motivated, self-driven and able to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communications.
Preferable Qualifications:
• Ph.D in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related
degree.
• Experience with optics, haptic and touch.
• Experience with 2.4GHz low power RF designs.
• Experience with designing and executing tests in an anechoic chamber
environment.
• Troubleshooting skill for failures in prototype, development phase
build and testing, and mass production.
• Familiarity with tools like DFMEA , DFx and DOE is strong a plus.
• Good Presentation & conferencing skills.
• Experience working with Asian partners to bring high volume consumer
products into production.
• Working knowledge of USB interface technology.
• Working knowledge of JMP software or other statistical analysis
software.
• Language: fluency in English writing and speaking a must, fluency in
Mandarin speaking is a strong plus. |

基本上不算救火——需要救火的时候我等民工要填上了。

这个位置定位在深圳，不过要常跑到美国这边来。我们现在在深圳那边也有
2，3百号人，挺大一摊子了。这个应该还要管手下几号小兵。
