Compaq d530 Small Form Factor Desktop PC), there was a flash of light at the
power socket on back of the computer. Then there was also some burning
smell from the power supply of the computer. So I replaced the power supply
for the computer, and re-connected all the power cords, but I still cannot
start the computer. The two small light indicators located beside the power
switch on the front of the computer flash in red. So c | p**i

2. Make sure your replacement PS is compatible with the motherboard
3. Make sure you've plugged in all the requried plugs onto the motherboard
