It is the first time I've dealt with Lenovo warranty, and there is no
instruction what I should deal with the old one. That's why I need help from
here.
If you dont want to help, just go away.

你如果不寄回去，他们可以charge你钱的。

发帖数: 10550 | 12 键盘一般Lenovo就直接给个新的，旧的不寄回去，那样他们还损失运费。我有次换了键
盘打电话去要return label，那边暗笑，说运费比个破键盘还贵了，让我把破键盘扔了
硬盘什么的必须寄回去
