system runs very slow. (sometimes after a few minutes use, sometime almost
right after power on)
I tried to isolate every possibility I know:
replace HD to SDD,
defrag and clean HD,
increase RAM to 8G (2x4G)
uninstall all unnecessary software,
removing virus (none) and malware (a few),
replaced CPU from i3 2310m to i7 2620m
It is still very slow.
I finally downloaded HWmonitor and found out the culprit might be the CPU
overheating,
because whenever system is slow, I noticed the temperature is very high,
when its above 90C-95C, it started become really sluggish. sometimes it goes
to 100C (not F, its Celcus!). I replace the thermal paste (Arctic silver),
cleaned the fan/screen. It is still same slow.
This i7 CPU is actually a replacement (I replaced original i3 2310m to i7
2620m) due to the speed was slow. I didn't test temperature on previous
2310m because I thought the CPU is a bit out of date (3 yr laptop) and
thought by upgrading CPU might help.
I'm wondering if CPU really have a life? I use the computer a lot, like 10-
12 hrs a day, or even more. Could this kind of use really kill the CPU?
Any idea what can make my CPU so hot? And what's the solution?

loud noise, and I can feel the wind blowing on the side.

itself is not working properly due to dust or age. If you hear loud noise
from the fan itself (not the high speed of air), then the fan is not running
right.

耗，这个对笔记本来说很难弄。CPU如果温度过高，比如有的在100度进入保护状态，避
免烧掉，这时常见的现象是系统重启。如果笔记本虽然慢但是能正常工作，硬件检测没
发现故障，一般通常是查软件设置。

是一个叫做“WindowsPresentationFont”的东西用了50%左右的CPU，
把这个东西关了，问题终于解决了。
