刚收到邮件的确觉得有点不可思议，第一次有商家request我好好用我买的东西的，然
后就好奇如果对方是美国人，老印会不会也这样写一封通篇没有一句寒暄客套的话？汗

request是常用的一个词，表示客气的要求，也就是请求，或者比较正式的要求/请求，
根本没有不敬的意思。

有没有问题，不是你理解的让你好好地使用电脑的意思。如果客服是美国人，你会不会
