this is stupid. I don't think by late arrival will affect other kids that
much. There's no listening comprehension test.
I had exact opposite when I took Toefl test in US. People arrive late and I
was right in middle of listening comprehension. I was so mad and couldn't
focus when the teacher + late arrival guy had 3 minutes convo right next to
my cube.
