从PCM压制成FLAC或者APE是无损压缩，16bit
到16bit，没有trancation，不存在dithering。
dither用在从模拟到数字转换时候，也就是
生成CD母盘的时候；或者你要把高分辨率比如
16bitPCM信号变成低分辨率信号的时候，你需
要决定如何取舍quantization noise。

发帖数: 4052 | 6 Dither就是为了控制分辨率转换误差而故意引入的噪音。
单纯的 CD-〉flac 应该不涉及dither的问题。至于转换得来的flac（如DVD->flac,自
录音）有没有使用dither就不得而知，除非能有原盘比较。
