到16bit,没有trancation,不存在dithering。
dither用在从模拟到数字转换时候,也就是
生成CD母盘的时候;或者你要把高分辨率比如
16bitPCM信号变成低分辨率信号的时候,你需
要决定如何取舍quantization noise。

单纯的 CD-〉flac 应该不涉及dither的问题。至于转换得来的flac(如DVD->flac,自
录音)有没有使用dither就不得而知,除非能有原盘比较。
