拜大总统的社会主义政纲：
1。大幅加税
2。学前教育免费
3。社区大学免费。估计以后公立大学都得免费。
4。再下来估计就是黑人都可以免费上大学，考试不看成绩。黑人真是被美帝民主自由
加毒品给毁了，只能出弗洛伊德这样的悲剧，为啥不出个张铁生，这样名正言顺废除所
有考试
5。各种修路机场什么的，养活一堆无事可干的底层人民，最后当然还是包工头拿大钱
6。加强工会
7。以打击极端分子为由，清理和抓捕政敌
8。抄土鳖功课，进行政府主导的经济计划，就差说出五年计划的词了，不过美帝四年
一选举，五年不好凑。
各位老将们，你们不是为了逃离土鳖的集权统治才跑到美帝来的吗，现在舔拜大总统又

发帖数: 1 | 3 不过看了一遍之后，这些计划没有太多触及到既得利益集团，除了加税，特别是
capital gain，加到跟工资收入一样，不知道能不能通过。如果不行的话，拜大总统的
计划一大部分就得泻火

Increase college retention and completion rates.
An education beyond high school can lead to higher pay, financial stability,
social mobility, and better health outcomes. It also has public benefits
such as a reduction in crime rates and higher civic engagement. However, far
too many students enter college but do not graduate. Research shows that
only approximately three out of five students finish any type of degree or
certificate program within six years. To complete, students need additional
support. The President is proposing a bold $62 billion grant program to
invest in completion and retention activities at colleges and universities
that serve high numbers of low-income students, particularly community
colleges. States, territories, and Tribes will receive grants to provide
funding to colleges that adopt innovative, proven solutions for student
success, including wraparound services ranging from child care and mental
health services to faculty and peer mentoring; emergency basic needs grants;
practices that recruit and retain diverse faculty; transfer agreements
between colleges; and evidence-based remediation programs.
