Let me review the history of the Russian Revolution.
After the revolution, a multi-party government was set up. The Bolshevik
shared the power with some smaller parties. Even the most important
organ--Cheka, the precusor of KGB, was shared by the major parties: the famous
Bolshevik director Felix Dzerzhinsky and his non-Bolshevik deputies.
However, those smaller parties opposed the Bolshevik openly or covertly. We
