look at their record vs western teams, don't understand why they can be
in playoff.
to keep lecavalier/st.louis/richards, tampa will never have enough cap
left to get deep offense and top defense. their defense is so weak that
an average western team can easily pole several holes. maybe because they
are in eastern conference, they think they can get away with it.
