they already added into your bill at the end of the meal (they call it 加一,
usually 10%)
so you don't need to pay money on the table or add more to the credit card
bill, unless you really want to
as for taxi, unless they went out of their way to help you (like, help you
with luggage etc)
otherwise, i don't think tips is necessary
