no direct train from lo wu to east tsim sha tsui. you should change in
hung hom.
Lo Wu→ Kowloon Tong→ Mong Kok→ Admiralty
around 1 hour
totally 1.5 hour is enough

now the train goes directly to East TST through Hong Hum...
But the best way is to change to MRT at Kowloon Tong. At this station, the
MRT and East Tranin stations are together, and you don't have to walk a long
way to change train.

hong hum is the end stop of east rail line, andeast tst is
the last stop of west rail line.

The last time I was on the East line train was just in July.
I like going to East Tsim Sha Tsui :)
and don't need to go to HK side.
Anyway , change train in Kowloon Tong is the best way to go.
I hope LZ is not confused.
Someone give a good answer to LZ.
