这两个很可能都会消失，张五常也讲过人民币会自由兑换，国内奢侈品进口税会下降。
香港的收入税低只是假象，因为税都通过土地转移给政府了
政府的发展太畸形，放着新界大片土地不做配套发展，搞得没多少人愿意住到新
界，政府目的就是维持港岛的房价。大屿山也一样，没有配套，而且建成的居民区
也设置很多限制，人为制造不便。

Hk dollar to so called inland people for a price of several million or
higher.And they could go to Canada, US, Australia and other places to live
happy life.
HK people said the rent price of HK apartment is good. Tell the truth, I
tried to rent my apartment of 1000sq out with sea view with a price of 15k,
and the apartment still sit on the market for several month. so rent market
is not as hot as HK people think.

more. Why they just let the sea be what it is. There is no other city in the
world which are so crazy about filling the sea.
And why they just fill all the Victoria Bay and instead of filling peice by
peice? People are super greedy here. They just want put all the money in the
world in their pocket and let other people starve.The water in the Victoria
bay is very dirty and smells bad. And numerous amount of human discharge |

my husband inside HKUST, I didn't understand normal HK people' life. That
time, I like HK a lot. it was 2004.
After we bought our 1000 sq sea view house around 2007, I begin to deal with
agents more and sales more. Now I began to understand normal HK people's
life.
Anyway if you are still staying in the university housing, you will not
understand what I am talking about.
