new years day.
It is located at West 3 Street. About 5 minutes’ walk to the F and N train
at Kings highway subwaystation. The area is quiet and safe, and there are
many stores at Kings highway.
The room is clear and neat. We will share the bathroom and kitchen. You can
also share some of our furniture.
The rent is $500 including heat, cold and hot water. One-month deposit is
required.
No pets please.
