这个在东哈林，我晚上10点半的时候开车去过，满街的黑人飞车党，从河边开到圣尼古
拉斯大道，大概1mile，一共碰上10伙以上的摩托车飞车党，还有一个黑人残废坐着轮
椅突然插到我车前要钱，险些撞到他。
这个区比通常说的哈琳（Columbia以北，City College附近）要差多了，如果觉得自己
的性命比省下来的房租值钱，还是不要租了。
