The room will be available on May 20 but the move-in date is flexible. The
area is safe, quiet, and close to many shops and Chinese restaurants. You
will have your own big bedroom and share the kitchen, living room and
bathroom with me. The apt.is furnished and you will have your own parking
space. The apt. has air conditioner. The total rent will be $610 all-in but
