the other city to start a new job in July. But my lease with McCallum
Crossing is the end of 2007. So I need to sublease this 1-bedroom apartment.
The apartment is neat, clean and very near to UTD. Most important, it is in
2nd floor (there are three floors in the building.) and it is south-
direction (I mean, all windows and doors facing south) and therefore it is
cool in Summer and warm in Winter. The original rent is $ |
