Take over the remaining 4 months of our lease. This apt is 700 sft 1/1 apt
in Orchard ridge, available at end of March, the best days for moving in is
between 3rd April and the 15th, April(it is flexible). I will only charge
you 150 dollars and all my original 500 dollars deposit belong to you. You
will definitelly get more than 300 dollars back when you move out. I will
clean the whole apt before you move in. Please contact me.
