One furnished bedroom in a carpeted two-bedroom apartment.
The room is clean, air-conditioned and of decent size.
2 windows, a huge closet, a bureau, a desk,
a new full-size bed which I'll buy before you move in.
APT:
The apartment has a living room, eating area, a kitchen and a bathroom,
that you are gonna share with a very nice, easy going lady.
Washer and dryer are inside the kitchen.
(You can do laundry at home when you are reading, watching TV, etc!)
