roommate will move on June, so we want to rent only one of the other two
rooms, it's a big and clean room, but has no furniture(if want just some
simple ones), the location is on 171st and broadway, 2 mins to the A,1,C
train, and the university shuttle, very convience to get to the supermarket
and banks. The rental will be 650$, including the electricty, network. My
