lease, you can pay $1500 per month. Besides, I will pay your parking, heat,
hot water, water, electricity, cable and even Internet. If you don’t need
Internet, I can even cancel the services and give you credits back.
After current lease expires, 13-month, 6-month, and month to month basis
lease options are also available upon your request to the landlord.
