would prefer a single male professionist.
It's a private bedroom with a private bathroom in a 3bd,2bath condo (see
attached photos). We will share the kitchen and living room. I also have a
42" HDTV with local channels. One parking permit is available. The rental is
$700 including everything per month.
My condo is near Hwy101 N Fair Oaks Exit. Easy access to Hwy101 and 237.
