Roommates are two male chinese graduate students, both are CUNY students,
one from Baruch and one from Hunter College. Share bathroom and kitchen.
The location is great. 8345 Broadway, 3rd floor. 3 minutes walk to Grand
Avenue or Elmhurst subway (V,R, G) and Chinese supermarket. 30 Minutes
subway to Manhattan.
The rent is $600 excluding electricity..
This is a really convenient place to live.
